Conditions of Guarantee:
- The purchase must have been made from us or an authorized dealer.
- The Guarantee Card is not transferrable.
- If the product is found to be defective during the specified guarantee period, the product should be returned to us at the customer’s risk and expense.
- Our liability under the Guarantee shall be limited to the cost of repair and / or spare parts which are found to be defective though faulty material and / or workmanship.
- The Guarantee will not cover defect and / or damage caused by loss or damage through abuse, misuse, power fluctuation, lightning or any other natural causes.
- Any attempt to repair or test the purchased equipment by unauthorized persons will invalidate the Guarantee.
- If on testing the returned product is found not defective a fee for testing the product will be levied.
- Any claim made under the Guarantee should be made through the dealer from whom the product was purchased or directly to us.
- The Guarantee Card which was given to you at the point of purchase must be produced whenever such a claim is made.
- Priority requirement against the 12 month warranty on any Keyboard is that our Power Adapter is used. We do not recommend the use of any other power adapter.
- The use of a power stabilizer on all electronic items is recommended.
